Rock Creek Select's Kody Darcy was selected in the 39th Round by the New York Mets Organization in the 2018 MLB Draft making him the second RC player to be drafted at a professional level. Kody has set an example for all current, past and future RC Select players how have a dream at getting their shot at the next level and beyond. 

Kody Darcy has been training with Rock Creek almost since the day our doors have opened. Kody has always shown exemplary work ethic and spent countless hours of additional cage time working towards his goal of playing beyond high school. Earlier this year, Kody announced his commitment to play at Xaiver University after graduating from Kentridge High School. This past highschool season Darcy was named MVP of Defense for the Chargers and was selected to play in the Senior All-Star game.
