Along with serving as the President of RC,  Ryan will also be the head coach of the 14u team in 2019. Ryan is in his 9th year of coaching with Rock Creek after finishing his collegiate career at Division-I Charleston Southern. Ryan was also a All-NWAACC infielder at Bellevue CC before moving on to CSU. 

In 2011, Ryan led the 16U Rock Creek team to the Mickey Mantle Final Four and the 13U Blue team to the Seattle Elite League Championship Series in 2013. In 2014, Ryan's 14U team won the Seattle Elite League Championship and then the All World Sports Worlds Series in Reno, NV. In 2015, Ryan led his 15U team finished 2nd in the Elite League reaching the Championship series for the 3rd consecutive year. 

In 2017, Ryan's 12U team won the Seattle Elite League and the All World Sports World Series in Reno, NV on the way to a 51-17 record.
